The team has decided internally that we need to expand the admin board, so we started the election process yesterday, and we’ll have more news when the first stage ends on the 30th. While voting in the election is limited to Quilt team members, we believe it’s important to be transparent and keep you informed of upcoming governmental changes.
If you’re not familiar with the election process, it’s happening according to the Admin Board Voting Process in RFC 47. While RFC 47 hasn’t yet been merged, that particular section just codifies the process we used in the last election, so you should read it if you’re interested in what’s currently going on behind the scenes.
