Internal Error

Whenever I try to play mc with the quilt loader on Curseforge, an error pops up that says:
Internal Error!
Something went wrong while running the game
Please report this error to the quilt forums so we can help fix this
Thats all it says
and I cant include the crash report because the file isnt compatible

You are trying to use Effective for 1.19.2 with 1.20.1.
