Help, i have no idea what is wrong, maybe some incompatibility with mods?

You are playing on 1.19.3, but using Effective, which is only for 1.19.2 and below. The changes between these versions are too large for mods to be compatible, so you have to pick mods, that are specifically tagged as 1.19.3 compatible, not 1.19, 1.19.1/2 or 1.19.4
