Not really sure what else to put here other than the crash log. Are there any mod incompatibilities here I missed?
Seems like Gravity API is causing the crash… which is strange, because it’s a Quilt mod for this version.
Anything else on the log that could indicate a mixin conflict? My best guess is Immersive Portals, since the sort of hackery that does looks like it might conflict, though I’m not sure of that.
If you find it, might be a good idea to report it to the mod repos.
