Effective doesn’t support 1.19.3 yet, try removing that.

Unfortunately this is a bug in quilt-loader beta 64 - can you downgrade to beta 63?
(Effective might also be a problem here, but this particular crash is definitely quilt-loader-beta 64’s fault).

i tried downgrading to release 17 but i didnt try 18 beta 63 tnx
