Also Puzzles Lib is installed, though it keeps asking for it.

QFAPI and FAPI are mutually exclusive, you can’t use both at the same time. However, QFAPI hasn’t updated to the latest FAPI version, which is the reason for the crash #1.

And it asks for Puzzles Lib 8.0.11, whereas yours is 8.0.7.
