No, QSL provides Fabric API called Quilted Fabric API or QFAPI for short and all the mods are automatically compatible with it, minus some rare cases. Installing regular Fabric API alongside it would cause a crash.

Delete Cloth API, it doesn’t exist for anything above 1.19.2 and is replaced by Cloth Config.
