Quilt Loader internal crash, mixin error

I’ve gone through and removed all the mods that have caused issues in the past (or are for versions older than 1.19.3), but even after doing all that it still crashes with an internal error. The report doesn’t point to any particular mod, just a mixin error. Here is the crash report:

The issue persists after removing Iceberg, Prism, and Legendarytooltips:

It appears the issue is with fabric networking, which is something I’ve never encountered before.
